Who we are

Wunderbar Maintenance Inc is a hotel staffing company rooted in the GTA and Ottawa. We provide housekeeping, laundry, house men, maintenance, supervisors, and room inspectors to hotels across major chains, matched to each property's occupancy and standards.

Hotels run on turnover. When a crew is short or a shift goes unconfirmed, rooms fall behind and guests feel it. We built our operation to remove that risk. Every crew is trained before they step on a floor, every shift is confirmed before it is released, and every hour is verified on site.

How we work

Each hotel tells us the day's checkout and stayover, or simply the staff they need, and our system schedules the right crew for the job. We staff the same people to the same properties wherever we can, so your team grows familiar with your standards rather than starting over each shift.
